Again we are humbled by the kindness and generosity of friends and family. Along with being the charity of the year for Marske Methodist church, more donations given daily, offers to fund raise from strangers, friends and gifts given to sell or raffle our fundraising continues to go from strength to strength.
While we await the outcome of the police investigation into the theft and damage of the defib at new Marske chemists, we have ordered two more substantial boxes for the chemists and the top shops. The defibs will be reinstalled as soon as possible.
To date we have purchased and placed six defibs in the community, have given one to the primary school, provided the box for a defib in Perth, Scotland, and ordered two more for Saltburn and Guisbrough. Those locally will be gifted to Saltburn, Marske and New Marske parish council, who will then take over their maintenance and care, for which we are most grateful. So far over 35k has been donated!
Words can not express the emotions we go through on a daily, sometimes hourly basis, but we as a family continue to be comforted by the many many wonderful people out there. On behalf of beliketom we thank you all.
